COP21 : progress of negotiations

For a week, the representatives of 195 countries or governments work in the making of an international agreement to keep global warming below 2 ° C.

A new version of the draft agreement was published and adopted following the first resulting from the COP21 negotiations.

 The 48 current document pages offer several options that ministers will have to decide.
The objective remains to establish a universal pact by Friday, December 11th.
